Derby Ava Ayala/White Tiger!
I love Ava Ayala. So much.
I started watching Ultimate Spider-Man on Netflix and was delighted as soon as she was introduced into the cast. She has quickly become one of my faves. I read all of Avengers Academy specifically for her and the entire like twenty-something issues before she shows up, I was very impatient and just, "Okay, cool, BUT WHERE'S AVA?"
I feel like Ava would be awesome at Roller Derby, but I also feel like she would read the entire rulebook and try to back-seat referee, which does not make her very popular.
Thought it would be fun to play with some body paint for this one. Put her amulet on her belt because I felt like that would be less annoying/less of a hazard in general than around her neck.
I really hope to draw Ava some more in the future.
There'll be about three more derby girls and then (hopefully) a surprise.
